    We operate Monday through Sunday, from 6am to 10pm.

  • How long is the labor warranty?

    Navien water heaters offer the best warranty you can find:

    • Labor: 1 Year

  • Do you offer same day service?

    Yes, we offer same day water heater installation, repair, and maintenance.

  • Do you accept credit cards?

    Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

  • Do you offer extended warranty on water heaters?

  • How long does the water heater installation take?

    Most water heater installation can be completed in two to three hours.

  • Are you able to pull city permits?

    Yes, we are able to pull city permits of water heater installations.

  • Do you install and service commercial water heaters?

    Yes, we install and service Navien residential and commercial tankless water heaters in the Santa Clara area.

  • Do you install and service traditional water heaters?
